Candles, Room Sprays and Artisan Soap

Unfortunately we cannot offer a return for a change of mind on our Artisan Soaps, Soy Wax Candles and Room & Linen Mists. 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 Days explaining the fault/issue and we can work through a solution.

Provincial Clothing

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for items that are the incorrect size or don't suit your needs, as long as they are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
