Noodle soups are a crowd pleaser, and this Beef & Mushroom version does not disappoint!

Egg noodles and chunks of exotic mushrooms, in a mellow broth. Just luscious.

Satisfying on it’s own, but we love to go oriental with it by adding bok choy, tofu and a good splash of soy sauce and chilli oil drizzled over top.

The egg noodle nests end up being plenty, you’ll probably get extra servings out of this one.
